Pelvic steaming, also known as yoni, vaginal seaming or v-steams, is the practice of using water and herbs, heated to a gentle steam that permeates the vaginal canal and exterior vagina.
Prior to steaming you will fill out a questionnaire regarding your menstrual cycle health and history. This helps me get an accurate idea of what specific herbs to provide you during your steam and for a follow-up steaming protocol you can practice at home. During your treatment you will sit on our steam sauna and with your customized herb blend. The yoni will be completely covered while steaming. Most women feel comfortable steaming together but right now we are only offering solo steam sessions but in the future plan to offer sister steams and group offerings..
There are many conditions for which pelvic steaming is very beneficial.
Women have noticed that it can:
Regulate Irregular and Absent Menstrual Cycles
Increase Fertility
Relieve Chronic Vaginal and Yeast Infections
Reduce, and actually melt, Fibroids
Reduce Ovarian Cysts
Relieve Uterine Pain
Assist with the Recovery from Vaginal Tear, Episiotomy, and C-Sections
Ease Symptoms of Menopause
Relieve Menstrual Pain
Increase Sexual Desire and Lubrication
Decrease Infection and Odor
Detoxify the Womb
Released Stored Negative Emotions Trapped in the Uterus
Tone the Reproductive System Post-Birth
Significantly Reduce Pain and Bloating due to Menstruation
Steaming is a great time to connect and reawaken the feminine energy within.
